What is the work like?

A Fresh Finland installer's workday begins by hopping into their fully equipped Vito in the morning. Grab a cup of coffee for the road, turn on the radio, and check the tablet to see where today's worksite is located. Are the customers waiting in their own village, or is the next destination another town?.

Let's call the client. Have they already thought about what to do with the money saved from energy efficiency, and have they mentally prepared for a brighter and healthier life 🙂

Upon arrival at the site, we first work with the customer to determine where to install the Fresh HRV ventilation units. We drill holes in the wall, install the units, program the Fresh ventilation system for use, and provide the new Fresh customer with thorough training on operation and maintenance. At the very least, everything is ready on the same day, but for larger orders, work is carried out over several days in the same building.

A Fresh installation technician's job is suitable for outgoing, hands-on types. Especially for those who want to earn a better salary by doing their job efficiently. You want to improve and become faster in your work. You know how and want to serve and listen to customers. 

A Freshin installer's job does not require ventilation installer training or experience, as Freshin's ventilation system is unique and does not include the sheet metal ducts, insulation, penetrations, or machinery typically needed for ventilation installations. We train all of our installers for the job.
